Home to a new breed of Agribusiness specialists

Darren is a great believer in innovation. In his previous roles with Monsanto, Nufarm and Sinochem he was able to grow Roundup brandshare, developing and implementing some of the most groundbreaking marketing programs seen in the segment. The glyphosate segment is the largest agchem market in Australia, and is regarded as one of the most competitive and commoditized spaces in agricultural chemicals, with over 120 product registrations competing for the farmer’s and retailer’s attention.

Darren said, “Identifying what makes your product different is important, but making sure you highlight why that difference is relevant to your customer is imperative.  Keeping customers asking for your brand and making sure retailers recommend your brand is a key focus of a successful strategy.”

With a solid background in agronomy, and as a sixth generation beef producer Darren has a strong empathy with rural producers and a “hands on” understanding of animal health and fencing and pasture. He has experience, both in Australia and New Zealand making small brands big and larger brands more personal.

A qualified agronomist, Meaghan is Redhanded’s “go to” expert on pasture production and grazing systems. Meaghan’s formidable technical know how and experience working across  retail and distribution in ag adds even more depth to the Redhanded team servicing Bayer Crop Science.

Meaghan brings a regional perspective to St Kilda Road commuting from Tylden where she lives the lifestyle dream, producing lamb and lucerne.
