Educate growers, traders and brokers/agents about Clear Grain Exchange and introduce the newest feature: the forward markets. Convince potential customers who are less “online trading savvy” they can take control of the trading process in a safe, easy to navigate environment. Re-design the existing web page design to enhance the user experience and product understanding on the critical first impression.
After consultation with the NZX team, Redhanded developed a design that reflected Clear Grain’s credibility, long history and experience in the industry. It presents new products and information in a way that’s easy to digest and access. The design was also adopted across other NZX services, including Profarmer and Australian Crop Forecast, ensuring a seamless user experience. Online advertising that reflected the confident, DIY managerial style of today’s broadacre farmer drove significant traffic to the new website.
We also gave all their social components including Twitter, Facebook and CRM templates a refresh to match the new look and feel of the brand. With continuous communication and close collaboration with the NZX team, all this was executed within a short timeframe.
